THIEVES HÔTEL ! you don't even deserve a star 🌟 I left my GOLD earrings in the room I went out for 2 hours and when I came back I didn't find them and when I spoke to the supervisor he told me we couldn't find anything . I strongly advise against this hotel! you are not professional ... THIEVES

Very unprofessional staff Please be careful don’t want to book this hotel Room very dirty no cleaning Staff was come to clean my room. No one knocked the door. Total is totally unsafe They don’t know how to talk with customer even the manager also . Everyone came in my room without any permission even the manager and security also The hotel use for the bad activities Whole nights I can’t sleep about the club and sound

To be honest I just love the SERVICE!! To Dearest arjun, thank you and I do appreciated the apology you do! Your politeness to assist us even though my patience almost done but I waited cuz you're alone in the reception. When I reached in the room there's no kettle for the coffee, there is no coffee and glass, and smell of the room it's not good, there's no towel, no conditioner. The room was good enough but if you're choosy you can't be here or you can try! I was a bit tired cuz I went from night swimming and I encountered this🤧 I called arjun, and he called many times to check if I received what I need. The amount of money is just worth of the SERVICE for me. Also for the sofa try to clean, plugs/sockets please check it out! The towels please try to change it's old, I am very sorry for my words but it will be good for all of you! Satisfaction , Happiness, Relaxation of customers and to feel worth it, you must care! Thank you and wish you all success ahead🙏🤍

Hotel management has to decide to run there as a hotel or as a night club. People go hotels for sleeping and taking rest. Here at the entrance floor there is night club that can be heard louds even on 5th floor. Its not acceptable all hotel full of club noice at midnight Room condition was also not good I would not stay here one more night even they pay to me

Very Bad hotel very bad stuff. They are extremely uneducated. Never ever suggest you stay in that hotel Specially night time stuff not welcoming nor problem solver. Only what they think is money.

The hotel decor is very old and very dusty , you have to pay 30 Dhs for the parking , the room closest is not clean and the towels too , too many bad smells like perfume and cooking smells , this experience was very bad,
